Cutting and Flattening

From coils imported from the world's main manufacturing plants, according to the ASTM A 240 rule, the flattening machine relieves stress, and the adjacent guillotine cuts the material to the required length. After this, a PVC layering may be applied on both sides.

ThyssenKrupp Fortinox S.A. may cut coils to different lengths and widths, according to market requirements. We can provide a thickness range of 0.40 to 4.00mm (for stainless steels) and up to 7mm (for aluminum). Our width varies from 500 to 1500mm, and the length ranges from a minimum of 150mm to a maximum of 10,000mm (*). This process is carried out under ASTM A 480 regulations.
